ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

Account No. 770
All that certain tract of land situate in the Blacksburg Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an old chestnut stump, corner to John McCoy heirs; thence with said John McCoy heirs S 88° 00′ E 330.0 feet to a stake, corner to land now or formerly of Oakley A. Lilly; thence with said Lilly S 2° 45′ W 259.8 feet to a post; thence still with the said Lilly N 89° 04′ W 325.1 feet to a stake; thence N 1° 38′ E 265.9 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 1.97 acres, more or less, according to a survey made by E. Staley Clements, Jr., dated October 16, 1964, and being the same property conveyed to George Robert Anderson, Sr., and Lucile M. Anderson from Sadie N. Lilly, et. al., by Deed dated October 28, 1964, and recorded November 19, 1964 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County in Deed Book 254 at Page 383.
And further being the same property devised to Gloria Stair from Lucile Mae Anderson by her Last Will and Testament dated October 27, 1986 and recorded March 19, 1990 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County in Will Book 39 at Page 629.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 113 at Page 91, Deed Book 304 at Page 687, and Plat Book 3 at Page 99.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Gloria Stair Heirs, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is C/O Gloria Stoddard 6347 Lilly Road, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060; Harmony Stair, whose last known address is 4013 Dunston Ave, Richmond, Virginia 23225; Benjamin Stair, whose last known address is 1014 Pickett St, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before July 26, 2021 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
