Helen Phillips Monroe, 88, of Claytor Lake, passed away Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth Cox Phillips, and her husband, Dan Cecil Monroe.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan M. Morgan; grandchildren Lauren Elizabeth Monroe and Joel Kelly Monroe; and a great-grandson, Jackson Lee Monroe.
The family received friends on Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Funeral services followed with Pastor Gregory Harrell officiating. Interment followed in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.
