LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the Council of the Town of Christiansburg on Tuesday, May
10, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Room of the Town Hall, 100 East Main Street, Christiansburg,
Virginia for the purpose of discussing the Proposed Budget for FY 2022-2023.
The real estate tax rate will remain 16 cents per $100 of assessed value and the Personal Property
tax rate will remain at 45 cents per $100 of assessed value. There are no other proposed fee
increases in this budget draft dated 4-21-2022.
