TRC Companies has announced the expansion of its engineering and design capabilities with the acquisition of Draper Aden Associates (“DAA”), an engineering firm that has had a presence in Blacksburg and Montgomery County for 50 years.
Founded in 1972, DAA has built a reputation of excellence as a full-service consulting and engineering firm with locations in Virginia and North Carolina and long-standing client relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region. DAA works closely with major Utility companies to support resiliency across their operations. Additionally, the company provides engineering, energy-related design and mapping services, water and wastewater design services, construction inspection and materials testing as well as surveying and environmental services across multiple key markets.
