The Blacksburg Museum and Cultural Foundation will celebrate the season with refreshments and light snacks at the Alexander Black House, 204 Draper Rd. SW in Blacksburg Thursday, Dec. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. Lights will be twinkling and marshmallows will be roasting.
