Conditional Use Permit application filed

Conditional Use Permit #23-0002 has been filed. This is a request to combine previously approved conditional use permits (11-0002, 11-0007, 16-0002, 18-0002, and 21-0001) at Kent Square at 202 and 250 South Main Street (Tax Parcels 256-A 115 and 257-C A 1) to increase the maximum allowed ground-floor medical and general office square footage in DC Downtown Commercial zoning district on behalf of Kent Square LLC.

The following meetings have been scheduled to consider this application:

  1. Neighborhood Meeting: Thursday, March 2, 2023, 5:30 p.m. in the Blacksburg Motor Company building; 400 S. Main St.
  2. Planning Commission Public Hearing: Tuesday, March 21, 2023, 6:30 p.m. in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, Second Floor Municipal Building, 300 S.Main St.
  3. Town Council Public Hearing:  Tuesday, April 11, 2023, 6:30 p.m. in the Roger E. Hedgepeth Chambers, Second Floor Municipal building, 300 S. Main St..
