The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department has charged a 28-year-old Radford man for brandishing a firearm in a threatening manner at the Fairlawn Sheetz on Saturday, March 11.
According to police reports, Corey Dark Jr. pointed a gun, which turned out to be a BB toy pistol, at store personnel and demanded cigarettes. He was arrested a short time later when police arrived. Store staffers did not give him cigarettes or any other items.
Dark was also charged with public intoxication and robbery. He is now being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail in Dublin.
