“TCG (The Community Group) is proud to be a sponsor of The Race For ACCE,” Penny Franklin, President of The Community Group. “The ACCE Program has been and will be a game changer for many students and their families in Montgomery County. The ACCE Program came from the work of the Dialogue On Race Law Enforcement Focus Group who understood we have to remove barriers that block access for African Americans and finances is a huge one. We should always remember having a conversation about race has opened doors to better lives for our children and our community. When we talk, we become the best we can be. No one should be left behind.”
