Dr. Ethan Colliver will be closing Colliver Sports & Spine, Inc. (also doing business as Valley Sports & Spine Clinic) and dissolving the corporation effective July 31, 2023.

If you believe you have a claim against the corporation, you may deliver written notice including a description of your potential claim to: Valley Sports and Spine Clinic, 909 University Blvd, PO Box 11417, Blacksburg, VA 24062. Claims against a dissolved corporation are barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced prior to the earlier of: (i) the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations; or (ii) three years after the date of publication of this notice.

Dr. Colliver will be practicing at the Salem VA hospital as of August 1, 2023.
