Commonwealth of Virginia, in re COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY, VIRGINIA, a Political Subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Complainant, v. ANISE KEEN, ET AL, RESPONDENT(S)
The object of this suit is to: ENFORCE THE LIEN OF THE Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 097-A 24 Account No. 011872
All certain tract or parcel of land, with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being on the waters of the South Fork of the Roanoke River, in the Shawsville Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, containing 1.46 acres, more or less, further designated as Parcel ID 011872, Tax Map Number 097-A 24.
And being the same real property conveyed to Sonny S. Keen from Anise M. Keen and Donny S. Keen, by Deed dated August 8, 2005 and recorded August 18, 2005 in the Montgomery County
Circuit Court Clerk’s Office as Instrument Number 2005009947. According to a Real Estate Affidavit/List of Heirs filed recorded May 15, 2019 in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office as 2019000449, Donny S. Keen passed this life on March 6, 2019 and his interest would have been transferred to his wife, Anise Keen, by intestate succession. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 647 t Page 35, Plat Book 211 at Page 389.
IT APPEARING that Affidavit has been made and filed stating the due diligence has been used. Without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Anise Keen, whose last known address is 1959 Alleghany Spring Rd. Shawsville, Virginia, 24162; Donny S. Keen aka Donny Sherman Keen, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before September 4, 2023 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
