LLP (owner).
A request to vacate
approximately 20,439
square feet (0.47 acres) of
Town-owned Right-of-Way
known as Rimrock Drive
from Research Center Drive
to its termination at Route
460 Bypass. The application
states that the vacated
property will be absorbed
into Tax Parcel 347-8 1 and
used as a private driveway
to access the Blue Ridge
Cancer Center. Rimrock
Drive ROW is a built street
and includes sidewalk and
utilities.

This is a request

0002 to vacate
approximately 0.22 acres of
unbuilt Town-owned
Right-of-Way adjacent to
Tax Map Number 317-2 31,
32, 34A and Tax Map
Number 317-2 32A, 33, 34
known as unbuilt Airport
Drive and unbuilt Virginia
Street. The land to be
vacated would be
incorporated in the
proposed Habitat for
Humanity townhome
development as driveway
and rear yard
space.
