The object of the complaint in the above styled case is to quiet the title via adverse possession to that certain parcel identified as 4792 Piney Woods Rd., Riner, VA 24149 (Montgomery County Tax Map #’s 127-A-72), Located in Montgomery County, Virginia.
It is ORDERED that any of the following persons shall appear at the above named Court and take such action as he/she deem necessary to protect his/her interests on or before November 17, 2023.
