BLACKSBURG – A big crowd turned out for Downtown Blacksburg’s Miracle on Main Street Winter Lights festival and holiday parade Friday, Dec. 1.
The festivities included a winter market with downtown merchants, visits with Santa at the Lyric Theater, a performance by the Holiday Spectacular LEAPettes, a tree-lighting ceremony, a choral performance by the Blacksburg Children’s Chorale, the TubaChristmas concert, and the parade. The parade began on Main Street at the Turner Street intersection and followed Main Street through downtown, ending on Eheart Street.
