Two new businesses are looking to locate along one of Christiansburg’s busiest corridors.
Real Life Dental and Summit Bank have both submitted plans to the town’s planning department that show proposed locations on Route 114/Peppers Ferry Road and North Franklin Street respectively.
Real Life Dental is proposing a 7,859-sq.-ft., two-story building on the corner of Peppers Ferry Road and Quin W. Stuart Blvd.
Summit Bank would be located on the corner of North Franklin and Ellett Road and Akers Farm Road and would be housed in a one-story, 3,100-sq.-ft. building.
The Summit Financial Group is headquartered in Moorefield, W.Va., and operates 31 banking locations in the Eastern Panhandle and Southern regions of West Virginia and the northern Shenandoah Valley and Southwestern regions of Virginia.
