UPDATED 4:02 p.m.: State police tell NEWS7’s Melissa Gaona that there was a suspicious person that went into the restroom at the Radford rest area and changed clothes there.
They are questioning the witness who saw the suspicious person.

Canceled: Thursday Youth Basketball Practices and Aerobic Classes at Recreation Center
All youth basketball practices and aerobic classes scheduled for Thursday evening are canceled. Normal schedules will resume on Friday.
