RADFORD — Radford City Police have arrested Matthew Jordan Grubb, 18, of Radford and charged him with one count of rape, two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The incidents allegedly occurred between Jan. 1 and April 1, and the alleged victim is a minor. Grubb was arrested Thursday and remanded to the New River Valley Regional Jail on no bond.
