Stultz, Rebecca Josephine Williams

Rebecca Josephine Williams Stultz, 89, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 at Commonwealth Assisted Living. She was a magistrate for the Commonwealth of Virginia for 30 years and a longtime resident of Floyd.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Annie Martin Williams; husband, Charles Welder Stultz; daughter, Dorothy Joan Stultz Ramsey; son, Martin Stewart Stultz and one sister and two brothers.

Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Mary Jo Stuart of Christiansburg, and Rebecca and William Windel of Madison, Wisconsin; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Diane Stultz of Hiwassee; 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Patsy Kulp of Roanoke and Mary Brewster of York, Pennsylvania.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. at the Jacksonville Cemetery in Floyd.

Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made to Blue Ridge Mountain Council, BSA, PO Box 7606, Roanoke, VA 24019.

The Stultz family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home and Crematory in Radford.
