Ruth Ann Hamm Hurysz

Ruth Ann Hamm Hurysz, 73, of Pulaski, passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017. She was a member of Buhler Mennonite Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ike and Esther Hamm.

In life and in death she has always given to her family and others before herself. The seeds of humor, compassion, love and hope are the greatest gifts she leaves to all who have known her. They will continue to grow and thrive in all of us, so that we may carry her spirit, sharing her gifts to the world.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Edwin Evans Hurysz; sons and daughters-in-law, Steven M. and Angela Reina Hurysz of Great Falls, Nathan and Sarah Tolbert Hurysz of Dublin, and Isaac Hurysz of Dublin; brothers, Richard Hamm of Buhler, Kansas and Larry Hamm of Andover, Kansas; grandchildren, Madoc and Elias Hurysz; and many other relatives and friends.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Daily Bread, c/o First Presbyterian Church, 408 Jefferson Ave., NE, Pulaski, VA 24301or the Weekend Backpack Program, c/o National Bank, 348 Broad St., Dublin, VA 24084.

The Hurysz family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
