Patricia Coalson Stephens, 70, of Pulaski, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017. She was an LPN and preceded in death by her parents, Oble and Geraldine Coalson; daughter, Traci Stephens; and brother, Jack Coalson.
Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Brian and Melanie Stephens of Radford, and Dean Stephens of Snowville; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Jane Coalson of Radford; sister, Barbara Coalson of Radford; sister-in-law, Mary Coalson of Oregon; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
The Stephens family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, Virginia.
