A 29-year-old man is in police custody on one count of Rape, a felony charge.
Eduardo Ventura-Rios, 29, of Blacksburg was arrested without incident April 13. Ventura-Rios is being held without bond at the Montgomery County Jail.
The charges are the result of an ongoing investigation conducted by the Blacksburg Police Department. The investigation was initiated after allegations were made concerning an incident that occurred at a residence on the south end of the Town of Blacksburg.
