Shaw, Annie Belle

Annie Belle Shaw, 74, of Christiansburg died, Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. She was born in Keystone, West Virginia on July 10, 1942 to the late Joseph and Minnie Newman Roschelli.


She was preceded in death by two sisters, Maxine Childress, and Helen McCall. Annie was a longtime member of the Church of God. She retired from Virginia Tech as a Medical Technologist after 29 years of service.

She is survived by her husband, Don Shaw, of Christiansburg, sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Kristi Shaw, Alan and Susan Shaw, David and Twyla Shaw, daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Rick Rector, Dian and Martin Matsko, grandchildren, Brandon, Jessica, Brian, Jordan, Kaitlyn, Caydee, Ally, great-grandchildren, Jude, Axl, Floyd, Hudson, brother and sister-in-law, Donald Joe and Dianne Roschelli, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services were conducted Sunday, April 30, 2017 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor Larry Lambert officiating. The family received friends Sunday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. S.W. Blacksburg, VA.
