Elonzo Curtis Haralson, Jr., 63, passed away on May 30, 2017 at his home in Fairlawn.He was preceded in death by his mother, Jobyna Hoahwah; brother, James Haralson and sister, Linda Maynard.
Survivors include his son, David Haralson of Durango, Colo.; daughter, Genevieve Haralson of Fairfax; the mother of his children, Jacqueline Haralson; father and stepmother, Elonzo C. and Verda Haralson of Fredericksburg; brother, Edmund Haralson of Bethesda, Md.; former sister-in-law, Marcia Haralson of Fairlawn; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held today at 3 p.m. at the Bethesda Presbyterian Church, 7611 Clarendon Road, Bethesda, with Rev. Charles Booker-Hirsch officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the church.
Private burial will take place in the National Memorial Park in Fairfax County, Virginia.
