Blacksburg’s Cole Beck placed second in Saturday’s NBON 100 m dash final with a time of 10.41, just slightly ahead of Ronald Fuller (10.42) and Rikkoi Brathwaite (10.423). Beck placed 13th in the 200 m event on Sunday with a time of 21.77.Blacksburg’s Ben Fleming completes a clean water jump hurdle in the 2000 m steeplechase at the New Balance Outdoor National meet. Fleming won his heat in a time of 6:04.85, and placed 7th overall in the event on Saturday afternoon in Greensboro.Christiansburg’s Kaylyn Cromer leads off the Blue Demon’s 4×100 m shuttle hurdle relay at the New Balance Outdooor Nationals.
