Franklin David Kiser, 82, of Roanoke went to be with the Lord, Saturday, August 12, 2017.
He was a wonderful man of God and dad. He is survived by his wife, Lois Ellen Kiser and the rest of his family. Memorial Service will be held today at 2 p.m. in the Friendship North Chapel, 327 Hershberger Rd. N.W., Roanoke. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
