Virginia House Delegate Nick Rush joined Christiansburg Boy Scout Troop 141 on Monday Sept. 11, and spoke to them about the Virginia system of government, what makes a good citizen, and answered questions, helping the Boys work on their Citizenship Merit Badges, required for Eagle Rank.
