Chloe is a sweet 4-year-old collie mix. She has been spayed and weighs around 40 pounds. Chloe is good with other animals but would do best in a home without children. She came to the HSMC after her owner passed away. She does not present herself very well in the kennel but she is a very loving girl. She takes a minute to make new friends, but once she does, she never forgets.
