Vinie Flinchum Andrews, 85, of Radford, passed away Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017. She was a member of the West Radford Church of God and a retired LPN at the Radford Community Hospital. Born on May 19, 1932, she was preceded in death by her parents, James Raymond and Mamie Young Flinchum; and brother Wallace Flinchum Sr.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years, William P. Andrews; son and his wife, Calvin and Carol Andrews of Radford; daughter and her husband, Melissa and Rich Weiss of North Port Fla.; brothers and sisters-in-laws, James Branard and Louise Flinchum of Christiansburg and Raymond Bentley and Judy Flinchum of Dublin; and sister, Julia F. Harrell of Pulaski.
The family received friends on Dec. 27, 2017 at the West Radford Church of God in Radford. Funeral services began at the church with Rev. Danny Newman and Rev Jim Walker officiating. Interment will be held on Dec. 28, 2017 at Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin.
