New River Community Action is hosting workshops are for all tenants, landlords, and anyone thinking of renting from 3-5 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Montgomery NRCA (110 Roanoke St., Christiansburg).
The workshop will discuss repairs and other common disputes, Fair Housing laws and eviction in Virginia, and provide a guide to leases, deposits, and payments.
