Each Saturday the paper features a dog and a cat from the Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center (480 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg).

His favorite hobbies include finding new hiding places, staring out any and all windows, and playing with his feline and canine buddies. Pay him a visit at the center to see if you are his purrfect match!Crook, 4, may steal your heart when you meet her! Actually, Crook has that name because her tail is a little crooked. This friendly, curious Bluetick Coonhound is good with other dogs as well as children. She weighs about 56 lbs. Stop by the center to meet her.
