Each Saturday the paper features a dog and a cat from the Montgomery County Animal Care and Adoption Center (480 Cinnabar Road, Christiansburg).
This sweet girl would make the perfect companion. Edith, 6, knows that a human’s lap is the most comfortable place to be. When she’s not lounging, she’ll follow her human anywhere. Edith is good with other dogs and can’t wait to find her forever home. Anyone who meets her may fall in love! The Animal Care and Adoption Center is open Monday-Friday 11 am-6pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm.Meet Muffin, 12 weeks old and Fudge, 2, the sweetest mother-son pair! Fudge is a momma’s boy, so these cats would love to go to the same home, though it’s not required. Muffin is a shy girl, but her adventurous and happy-go-lucky kitten keeps her active. Stop by the center to meet them!
