Reverend Kenneth Wright will speak about the desegregation of schools in Montgomery County and the closing of Christiansburg Institute at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 7 at Meadowbrook Public Library
Reverend Wright is retired after 42 years of being the pastor of the First Baptist Church, Gainsboro. He is a native of Elliston and graduated from Christiansburg Institute in 1959 and graduated from Roanoke College in 1977.
