Hershey is a 5-year-old heeler/collie mix. He is great with other dogs and seems fine around cats. He is quiet and has wonderful leash manners. The animal of the week is from the Humane Society of Montgomery County (1183 Flanagan Drive, Christiansburg). Each Wednesday the paper features an animal available for adoption.
