Abby Hunter of Blacksburg won the inaugural Valley Girls Junior Open held at the Botetourt Golf and Swim Club June 29. In the 14 and under category, Bella Brooks of Roanoke parred the 18th hole to shoot an 83, one shot better than McKenzie Weddle of Riner.
