New Mount Olive United Methodist Church is hosting their Fall Gospel Musical at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, at the church (309 Russell Avenue, Radford). The event will feature the remarkable youth gospel dance troupe, Anointed 2 Mime, who carry the gospel ministry through mime and dance.

“It makes you feel really blessed. They touch a lot of people especially young people,” James Webb, church minister who organized the event, said.

Jeremiah and Josiah Williams have been performing mime and dance in churches for four years. The brothers are students at Pulaski County High School, whose Fine Arts Department provides a supportive place to nurture young talent like theirs.

“They are both remarkably talented students,” Senior Guidance Counselor Chrissy Vest said. “Both of them are just great personalities. They are young men who have lots of energy and are very charming.”

Choirs and choruses from nearby churches will arrive to sing that afternoon including The First Baptist Church Mass Choir (555 West Rock Rd, Radford), Radford Church Of God In Christ in Radford, the First Baptist Church from Pulaski, and the Little River Missionary Baptist Male Chorus from Floyd.
