Auburn’s Anna Kuchan (5182), Lilly Messner, and Caitlin Dominy (not shown) finished fourth, fifth, and sixth at the Region 1C championship on Tuesday afternoon to help win the Eagles the girls team regional championship. Parry McCluer was second and George Wythe third.Eastern Montgomery’s Carli Osborne placed 17th at the Region 1C championships in Blacksburg to advance to the state meet with teammate Annalyse McHone.Auburn’s Jacob Hurd placed sixth for the Eagles at the Region 1C championship race. The Auburn boys team finished second with George Wythe taking the team title.Lance Elkins placed 30th for the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs at the Region 1C championships.
