Christiansburg Public Works will be removing the recycling drop site at Christiansburg High School on April 15, the town announced on its website.
After the rollout of curbside recycling service, the site’s usage has decreased. The Town maintains four other recycling drop sites that are currently slated to remain open.
Open sites include:
Cambria Street Northeast, near the intersection with North Franklin Street
Home Depot parking lot (200 Conston Ave. NW)
Christiansburg Elementary School (160 Wades Ln.)
Food Lion parking lot (1530 Roanoke St.)
For regular users of the Christiansburg High School site, the closest site will be Cambria Street Northeast.
