In River Bluffs: It’s a sign!

The River Bluffs subdivision near Fairlawn had everything: beautiful homes, a river, mountain views, woods, large lots, and wonderful neighbors. The only thing missing was a neighborhood sign.

That omission was rectified recently as donations were made by River Bluffs residents and a new sign was erected. A committee of residents and Sign Systems of Dublin worked together for several months to make the effort possible.

A sign erected in the 1970’s had been overgrown by trees and shrubs and was not visible from the road. The committee took it upon themselves to clear the area, design the new sign, and contact the residents with their proposal. The response was sufficient to complete the contract for the new sign.

The River Bluffs subdivision was established in the late 1970’s and now has fifty homes. Realtors John and JoAnn Bingham built the first home in the subdivision and were responsible for the development of the entire neighborhood.
