SHOW CAUSE AGAINST DISTRIBUTION ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of National Bank, also known as National Bank of Blacksburg, Executor of the Estate of Richard Morton Eisler, Deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on Motion of National Bank, Executor, it is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate to show cause, if any they can, on the 9th day of September, 2019, before this Court at 8:30 a.m., against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Richard Morton Eisler, Deceased, to the distributees with or without requiring refunding bonds as the Court prescribes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published in The News Messenger, a newspaper published in the New River Valley, Virginia, once a week for two successive weeks.
