RFAAP announces the availability of an SEA and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the construction and operation of a Permanent Energy Center, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The SEA proposed action is not expected to have any significant environmental effects. Therefore, preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement is not anticipated. The SEA and draft FNSI are available for public review at: Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library, 125 Sheltman Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073. All comments must be submitted by October 15, 2019.
