The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:

All of that certain tract or parcel of land with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging situate, lying and being in the Mount Tabor Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, containing 8.6 acres, more or less, and bounded as follows:
BEGINNING at a white oak stump, a corner to land now or formerly belonging to Nancy Coleman and on the line of the (now or formerly) J.H. Hoge land; thence with a line of the same N 13 degrees E 22 poles to a poplar in a branch, a corner to (now or formerly) Riley Collins’s other land; thence with his line N 80 degrees W 32 poles and 19 links to a stone, corner to (now or formerly) Richard Wade’s land, and with his line N 72 degrees W 19 poles and 14 links to a stone, corner to the said Richard Wade and a tract owned now or formerly by H.D. Wade’s estate; thence with a line of this tract S 20 degrees W 24 poles and 13 links to a stone in (now or formerly) Palmer’s line and with his line S 7 degrees W 9 poles and 15 links to a stone; corner to Nancy Coleman and with her line E 55 poles and 15 links to the point of BEGINNING.
And being the same land conveyed to Riley Collins from Mrs. B.M. Wade, widow of H.D. Wade, G.H. Wade and Annie Wade, his wife, Mary D. Fitzpatrick and H.B. Fitzpatrick, her husband, Bessie L. Slusser and M.D. Slusser, her husband, and Maggie M. Wade, by Deed, dated November 7, 1913 and recorded in the Montgomery County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 63 at Page 515 on December 15, 1913.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Riley Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is c/o Leslie Dean, 804 W. Rock Road, Radford, Virginia 24141; Jim Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Hiram Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lillian Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lucy Collins Cordwell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Chadder Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Ellen Collins aka Ella Trussler, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Carrie Collins, whose last known address is unknown; Elizabeth Trussler, whose last known address is unknown; Lev Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Rebecca Collins Trussell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Estelle Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lizzie Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; James Alexander Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Virginia Belle Sherman Collins, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Mary Jane Collins Bannister, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 8, 2019 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
