Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 and Section 15.2-2272 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, the Town Council of the Town of Vinton, Virginia, hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Vinton Municipal Building, 311 South Pollard Street, Vinton, Virginia. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider:
The vacation of a portion of a public utility easement located on 410 South Pollard Street, Vinton (Tax Map ID#: 060.16-09-01.00), being a portion of Sycamore Road that was vacated by Town of Vinton Ordinance dated February 21, 1961, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Roanoke County in Deed Book 664, Page 356.
