Pamela Kaye Blankenship, 56, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Pulaski on Monday, Oct. 28, 2019. Born on April 18, 1962, she was preceded in death by her father, John Samuel Wall; and brother, David Wall.
Survivors include her sons, Johnny (Miranda) Melton, Charles Melton and Jamie Melton; mother and step father, Gladys (Marc) White; sister, Gladys Ann Tallent; brothers, Jeff and Anthony Wall; grandchildren, Haley, Hannah and Ava.
Memorial services will be private.
The Blankenship family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford, Virginia.
