RFAAP announces the availability of an EA and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI), as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), for construction and operation of a new Solvent Propellant Pack-Out Facility at RFAAP (Proposed Action). The Proposed Action is not expected to have any significant effects on the environment; therefore, preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement is not anticipated. The EA and draft FNSI are available for public review at: Montgomery-Floyd Regional Library, 125 Sheltman Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073. Comments must be submitted by December 9, 2019.
