All that certain lot or parcel of land, with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the Riner Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, and more particularly designated and described as follows:
Being all of Parcel B, containing 2.002 acres, as shown on a plat of survey entitled “Plat Showing Subdivision of 2 Lots Totalling 4.000 Acres Surveyed for Larry D. Rogers & Brenda O. Rogers, Riner Magisterial District, Montgomery County, Virginia,” prepared by David G. Yolton, Land Surveyor, dated June 24, 2003, and designated Job No. 03072B, a copy of which plat is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Virginia, as part of Instrument Number 2003013094, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the property hereby conveyed.
AND being the same property conveyed to Phillip E. Nolen and Charles B. Childress by deed from Dannie Ray Bowen, Jr. and Tammy Rogers Bowen, dated 3/27/2009, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office for the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, on 04/14/2009 as Instrument No. 2009003442.
Terms: Purchase price payable in immediately available funds on closing date. A 10% deposit of sales price is due from successful bidder. Closing within 30 days.
