It appearing to the Court that a report of the accounts of Charles B. Childress and Floyd S. Childress III, co-Executors of the Estate of Floyd Smith Childress, Jr., deceased, and of the debts and demands against his estate, have been filed in the Clerk’s Office, and that 6 months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executors, on motion of the Executors, it is ordered that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, at 9:00 a.m. on March 4, 2020, before this Court at its Courtroom A at the Montgomery County Circuit Court against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Floyd Smith Childress, Jr., deceased, to the beneficiaries, without requiring refunding bonds.
