The object of this suit is to:
Terminate the residual parental rights of Richard Lee Spencer to his biological child Rilee Hope Spencer. Richard Lee Spencer has, without good cause, failed to correct the conditions with resulted in the child entering foster care and it is not reasonably likely that he will be able to do so in a reasonable amount of time, he has failed to maintain continuing contact with or substantially plan for the children’s future. Residual parental right include, but are not limited to, the right to visitation, consent to adoption, the right to determine religious affiliation, and the responsibility for child support. The termination of residual parental rights will permanently end all rights and responsibilities to the child named in the petition.
It is ORDERED that Richard Lee Spencer appear at the above-named Court and protect his or her interests on or before July 17, 2020.
