Allen Gibbs and Gale Collins-Gibbs of Christiansburg found a unique way Thursday to solve the problem of not being able to dine in their favorite restaurant. They got Pizza Inn owner Stuart Arbuckle to bring the restaurant to them for a dinner on the grounds and in the sun with all the social distancing niceties observed. Arbuckle stopped by their table for a quick check to make sure they had plenty to drink and then returned inside. The couple said they wanted to support Arbuckle and the restaurant because “he’s so good to the community. He supports so many worthwhile projects. He gives dog food to shelters and supports the local chamber of commerce and the high schools. We wanted to help him a little during these tough times.”
