In re: Rylan, Ryder, Regan, and Roxanne Shockley
The object of this suit is to:
Terminate the residual parental rights of Kimberley Shockley to each of the following minor children: Rylan Shockley, Ryder Shockley, Regan Shockley, and Roxanne Shockley. Kimberley Shockley has, without good cause, failed to correct the conditions which resulted in the children entering foster care and it is not reasonably likely that she will be able to do so in a reasonable amount of time; she has failed to maintain continuing contact with or substantially plan for the children’s future. Residual parental right include, but are not limited to, the right to visitation, consent to adoption, the right to determine religious affiliation, and the responsibility for child support. The termination of residual parental rights will permanently end all rights and responsibilities to each of the children named in the petition.
It is ORDERED that Kimberley Shockley appear at the above-named Court and protect her interests on or before June 30, 2020.
