Mary Maxine Duncan, 75, of Christiansburg, died, Monday, Aug. 17, 2020, at Highland Ridge Rehab Center.
She was born in Montgomery County on May 1, 1945, to the late Reece and Thula Buckner Thompson. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Richard Dowdy; a grandchild, David Aaron Dowdy and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, Aug. 21, 2020, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel, Blacksburg, with the Rev. Buford Linkous officiating.
