The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Montgomery, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Montgomery, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 097- A139
Account No. 220096
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of real property, now or formerly owned by John Muse Heirs, lying and being in the Alleghany Magisterial District of Montgomery County, Virginia, being described generally as Tax Map No. 097- A139 and being 17 acres, more or less.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 184 at Page 81.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: John Muse Heirs, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; John Henry Muse aka Henry Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Charlie Harrison Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Flossie Muse aka Flossie Cheeks, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Sandy Earl Muse aka Samuel Sandy Earl Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Stella J. Muse aka Stella Jane Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Lizzie Muse aka Elizabeth Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Charlotte Muse aka Charlotte Ann Starkey, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Agnes Muse aka Agnes Nance aka Agnes Ann Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Carolyn Yvonne Nance aka Carolyn Yvonne Nance Carey, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 423 Albemarle Ave SW Apt. 12, Roanoke, Virginia 24016; Walter Garnell Carey, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Sam L. Nance, whose last known address is unknown; James Edward Nance, whose last known address is 3038 Melrose Avenue NW Apt. 408, Roanoke, Virginia 24017; Donald Nance, whose last known address is 824 Campbell Ave, SW, Roanoke, Virginia 24016; Elizabeth Muse aka Ida Elizabeth Muse aka Elizabeth Coles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Walter Coles, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Stella Muse aka Stella Lee Muse aka Stella Lee West, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 6910 Williamson Road, Roanoke, Virginia 24019; Lucille Muse, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; Nellie F. Muse Noell aka Nellie Francis Noell, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is unknown; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before November 30, 2020 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Montgomery, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
